UX Researcher

We're looking for a UX Researcher to join our design team. You'll plan and execute research studies that directly inform how we build and improve Taskbes.
What You'll Do
- Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Collaborate with designers and PMs to prioritize features
- Build and maintain a user research repository
- Champion user needs throughout the product lifecycle
Requirements
- 2+ years of UX research experience
- Proficiency in research tools (Maze, UserTesting, Dovetail)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods
